HII-TSD, Integrated Mission Solutions Group (Camber Corporation) is currently seeking a Senior Project Manager to work out of their Abingdon, MD office.

The Junior Analyst plans and provides analytical support for facilitation, training, methodology development and evaluation, business management techniques, and organizational development.

Duties and Responsibilities (to include but not be limited to the following):

  • Provide recommendations, contribute and prepare briefings for business, management, technology, and operational initiatives, policy formulation, professional or strategic goals.

  • Plan, facilitate and support complex methodology development and evaluation, business process engineering, identify best practices, change management, business management techniques, and organizational development.

  • Apply process improvement and re-engineering methodologies and principles to conduct process modernization projects.

  • Draft correspondences, reports, white papers, minutes, spreadsheets, communications products, briefs, and other documentation.

  • Maintain and track action items, and participate in acquisition information management.

  • Develop and ensure requirements and implementation of strategies comply with logistics directives and supportability parameters.

  • Perform and coordinate detailed analysis to ensure integration of support considerations into the planning and/or design process.

  • Evaluate deliverables for technical adequacy.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Three (3) years’ experience in project management, logistics, logistics transformation, enterprise architecture, organizational development, business analysis, or a related field, and a High School Diploma Business

  • Engineering

  • Information Systems Management And

  • One (1) year experience in USCG procedures/applications to include:

  • USCG aeronautical practices as defined in CIM 13020.1 (series)

  • ACMS

  • ALMIS

  • AMMIS

  • FPD

  • CAS

  • NESSS

  • webTA

  • or similar Coast Guard applications

Preferred:

  • Three (3) years’ experience in project management, logistics, logistics transformation, enterprise architecture, organizational development, business analysis, or a related field and Bachelor’s Degree in one of the following:

  • Project Management

  • Supply Chain Management

  • Logistics

  • Computer Science

  • Operations Research And

  • One (1) year experience in USCG procedures/applications to include:

  • USCG aeronautical practices as defined in CIM 13020.1 (series)

  • ACMS

  • ALMIS

  • AMMIS

  • FPD

  • CAS

  • NESSS

  • webTA

  • or similar Coast Guard applications

Security:

  • Active Secret security clearance

  • All candidates will be subject to a pre-employment background investigation and drug screening per HII requirements.
